Midterms

It’s all about the midterms now.

Action:

1. Check out which GOP seats are vulnerable to a Democratic takeover:

www.cookpolitical.com/ratings/senate-race-ratings

2. Donate to the Democratic campaign in one or more of those districts which you’ve identified:
secure.actblue.com/directory/all/all/fed-senate.

3. If one of the identified swing districts is your own, contact the campaign (Google will help you) and volunteer ½ hour, an hour, a day - however much you have time for. Even if your district is not vulnerable one way or the other, it's still worthwhile to volunteer.

4. Find out the deadline to register to vote in your state and publish it on social media. In a lot of states it’s coming up very soon, but the NYT has a run-down of deadlines for each state:
www.nytimes.com/2018/10/06/us/politics/state-voter-registration-deadlines.html.
Or if you’ve used up all your NYT freebies for this month, here’s the same basic info on Vox:
