Net Neutrality Revisited

State legislatures and governors are taking unilateral steps to preserve net neutrality within their own borders. In some cases, governors have issued executive orders requiring Internet providers to abide by strict net neutrality standards which Trump and Ajit Pai sought to undo. Other state legislatures are working on enacting net neutrality laws.

This FreePress article  lists the states in question.

Action:

1. If you are from Hawaii, Montana, New Jersey, New York, or Vermont, contact your governor to thank them for issuing an executive order to preserve net neutrality in your state.

2. If you’re from one of the other states listed in the FreePress article, contact your legislators asking them to take action to enact strict net neutrality standards in your state.
