Repeal of Dodd Frank On June 8, the House passed H.R. 10 - the Financial Choice Act of 2017. Members of Congress voted along party lines to repeal the Dodd-Frank financial regulations which were put into place after the crash of 2008 to prevent another financial crisis. The bill guts consumer protections and allows banks to make the same kind of rash and greedy investments which lead to the crisis in the first place. Action:
