ICE Fining Immigrants


Trump’s cruel campaign of retaliation against asylum seekers and migrants continues with ICE issuing exorbitant fines to immigrants who have been told to leave but still remain in this country. There is a fear that ICE will also start issuing fines to groups who are providing sanctuary to migrants.

Action:

1. Contact your Member of Congress and let them know that ICE’s tactics are unacceptable. 

2. Consider donating directly to El Calvario Methodist Church in Las Cruces, NM, which is offering asylum and assistance to migrant families fleeing dangerous conditions in their home countries, by buying them items from their Amazon Wish List:
