Preserve Transparency Trump’s Treasury Department put out a rule change which would enable certain political non-profits to shield the identity of some donors, opening the door to clandestine interference with our political process by foreign entities and special interests. The Senate has narrowly passed S.J. Res. 64, reversing the rule change. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) joined her Democratic colleagues in voting for the resolution. Action: 1. Thank Senator Collins for voting for S.J. Res. 64 2. Contact your Senators to thank them for voting for S.J.Res. 64 if they are Democrats or berate them for opposing it if they are Republicans (except for Collins).
