Horses Again Yesterday we were thankful that the House passed H.R. 693 the PAST Act. Now we need the Senate to pass their version of the PAST Act: S. 1007 Action: Contact your Senators and ask them to co-sponsor and support S. 1007, Prevent All Soring Tactics Act.
