Unfit for Office More and more people are admitting that the man in the Oval Office is actually dangerously unhinged. http://theconversation.com/thousands-of-mental-health-professionals-agree-with-woodward-and-the-new-york-times-op-ed-author-trump-is-dangerous-102755 Action: Contact your representatives and ask them to take action to protect the nation from the president, either by invoking the 25th Amendment or by impeachment. www.senate.gov. http://faxzero.com/fax_senate.php www.house.gov http://faxzero.com/fax_congress.php Catch-Up Day I.e. keep contacting your Senators to protest the nomination of Kavanaugh: www.senate.gov (If you have lots of time and feel especially irate, call and leave a message at every single one of the numbers listed on their Senate web page.) http://faxzero.com/fax_senate.php Keep Calling The Brett Kavanaugh hearings continue. Action: Call your Senators and tell them again to reject Kavanaugh on the grounds that he is the nominee of a dangerous and possibly traitorous lunatic. 2. Contact Cory Booker and thank him for releasing the emails. Kavanaugh Hearings Again Wednesday’s NY Times anonymous Op Ed piece gives us all the more reason to reject any candidate put forward by the lunatic in the White House. Action: Contact your Senators again and ask them to reject Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh Hearings The Kavanaugh confirmations hearings have begun. Among the many problems with this candidate for the Supreme Court is the lack of information about his tenure at the White House as lawyer for George W. Bush, information likely to shed light on his prejudices, preferences, and beliefs. In an unprecedented move, the White House is refusing to release to the Senate more than 100,00 pages of documents which would shed light on who and what this candidate is. And of course the main problem with this nominee is that he is the choice of a man who is under investigation for high crimes and misdemeanors. America should not be saddled for possibly decades with a candidate chosen by a traitor. Action: Contact your Senators and ask them to refuse to continue the Kavanaugh hearings until the White House has released all pertinent documents regarding Kavanaugh and until Trump’s guilt or innocence is clearly established. Protect Children On August 14, we contacted our Members of Congress and asked them to pass H.Con.Res. 72, “ Expressing the sense of Congress that child safety is the first priority of custody and visitation adjudications, and that State courts should improve adjudications of custody where family violence is alleged.” The most important part of this legislation is that family courts should consider and resolve claims and risks of abuse and domestic violence before it considers other factors. As many children have died or have been traumatized because courts have not prioritized the safety of the child, this legislation is past due. Another important provision is that “quasi-scientific evidence should be admitted by courts only when it meets admissibility standards for scientific evidence.” This refers to the pseudo-scientific theory of “parental alienation,” a theory concocted by paedophilia promoter Dr. Richard Gardner to discredit the protective parent (usually the mother). Courts have unfortunately been swayed by this bogus theory. Action: Contact your Member of Congress. If you contacted them on August 14 about H.Con.Res. 72, ask them for a response to your initial communication. If this is the first time contacting them about this, fill them in on the issue and ask for a response as soon as possible. Sunday.
